The one downside to the platform is the lack of visual content in emails. Images can be imported, but ConvertKit’s offer pales in comparison to AWeber’s 700+ stunning newsletter templates.

One of the most convenient features that ConvertKit boasts is that it allows creators to import entire subscriber lists with custom fields and tags.

That said, ConvertKit does not boast the reporting tools of some of its competitors which would allow you to use insight from your campaign into future projects.

Despite its advanced features in this area, ConvertKit is yet to reach the standard set by some of the best marketing automation solutions available.
ConvertKit customer service is available via email and 24/7 live chat. It’s an excellent support channel compared to CleverReach which requires additional fees to take advantage of it.
The platform also runs a comprehensive blog with tips and guides on how to use its services, but in case you can’t find what you’re looking for, ConvertKit reviews say that its customer support representatives are knowledgeable and quick to respond.
The platform offers a ConvertKit free trial for its paid plans but also has a limited free plan for creators that are just getting started.
Note that this platform’s free trial is limited to 30 days, while Constant Contact gives you a more generous, two-month test run of the software.
ConvertKit starts at a low price of $9 a month, in line with MailerLite and Moosend. However, the cost goes up with the number of subscribers, reaching prices that could be too high for creators. In this case, Moosend, which comes in at $16/month for 1,000 subscribers, would be a much better choice.
