If you’ve decided to temporarily step back from TikTok and now you want to get back to it, or you simply don’t remember your password, there’s a way to regain access to your account.

Tiktok account recovery without a phone number, email, or password is sometimes possible.

Here’s how you can reach out to TikTok and ask for help:
Note: It takes TikTok’s customer support team anywhere between 3 and 5 business days to respond to your request.
TikTok typically bans accounts that violate its Community Guidelines– not following the platform’s rule is one of the main reasons why TikTok accounts are not getting any views.
Most users first receive a warning and might get a temporary ban if they repeatedly violate its rules.
Violations of its zero-tolerance policies trigger an instant and permanent ban– TikTok has even banned trends that were deemed dangerous.
When TikTok bans your account, you’ll see a banner notification when you open the app, informing you of the app’s action against your account.
If you believe your account was banned incorrectly, you can ask Tik Tok to recover your account by submitting an appeal.
To appeal a ban:
1. Open the notification.
2. Tap Appeal.
3. Follow the instructions.
Violating TikTok’s zero-tolerance policies makes TikTok account recovery more challenging.
If you’ve lost access to your account entirely, you can try to reach out to TikTok’s customer support team via the feedback form on its website.

TikTok users that have forgotten their password can easily reset it via their phone or email. Recovering a TikTok account without an email/number is possible too, but you’ll need to contact TikTok’s customer support team.
