Here’s how to forward email to Gmail and other email service providers.

It takes only a couple of clicks to forward a Gmail message to another account.

Step 1:  Go to Gmail’s website and log into your account.

Step 2:  Open the email message you want to forward to your or someone else’s inbox.

Step 3: Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the message and click “Forward.”

Step 4:  Enter the forwarding email address and click “Send.”

You can also right-click on a message from your inbox and forward it from there.

Step 2: Right-click on them and select “Forward.”

Step 3: Gmail will open each message on the dashboard. In each, enter the forwarding address and click “Send.”

Automatic forwarding

Gmail allows users to set up automatic forwarding of all or some of their messages by using a filter.

Step 1: Open Gmail in a browser and log into your account.

Step 2: Click Settings (the Gear icon) at the top-right, and select “See all settings.”
