Why can’t I create a playlist on TikTok?

The TikTok playlist feature is not available to everyone on the app.

The platform is still gradually rolling out the feature to creators and if you don’t see an option to create playlists in the Video tab, then TikTok still hasn’t made that feature available to you yet.

In other words, Creator Playlists is like Instagram Highlights, but instead of Stories, TikTok creators can sort their videos into collections.

The playlist feature on TikTok is especially useful for users who are looking to watch videos that are part of a series.

It also helps creators hook in new visitors and keeps them longer on their profile, which can boost views and engagement and it might even improve their authority ranking.
